Can I issue a tax invoice without VAT registration?

By law, tax invoices (ใบกำกับภาษี) can only be issued by VAT-registered businesses. Most freelancers just need a regular invoice, which you can issue right away — and if you are VAT-registered, Kitslancer issues the tax invoice in one click.

How is this better than Excel or Word?
